The Model
FREE + FAIR develops and leads high-impact litigation aimed at halting the advance of authoritarianism in the U.S. The firm looks in all 50 states for the best opportunities to create strong legal precedents to defeat these emerging threats; leverages its national network to form talented teams that can prevail in these high-stakes, high-profile cases; and provides senior leadership from inception through appeals to the Supreme Court.
For most cases, FREE + FAIR partners with pro bono teams at private law firms and other non-profit organizations. We can also handle cases independently. This is our only work. FREE + FAIR does not participate in public advocacy, lobbying, research, or litigation that seeks individual, financial, or incremental results.
Supporting Us
