Free + Fair has filed several major constitutional lawsuits since launching in January 2023. These carefully-selected, high-impact cases target executive overreach, voter intimidation, school censorship, and gun violence. In addition to filing lawsuits, we defend states and communities when personal freedoms enshrined into state and local laws are challenged. Additional cases are in active development.
